On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select OrderWise, and manage or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

OrderWise ("the app", "we", "us") helps you decide what to order by analyzing menu photos. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. We built OrderWise to collect as little as possible.
Your taste profile — dietary preferences, allergens, spice tolerance, favorite cuisines — is stored only on your device using Apple's local storage. We do not upload, sync, or back up this profile to our servers, because we do not operate servers that hold your personal data.
When you scan a menu, text is extracted from the photo on your device using Apple's Vision framework. The extracted menu text — together with your taste profile — is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate dish recommendations. The photo itself never leaves your device. Menu text is not stored after the recommendation is returned. If you allow photo access, OrderWise reads your recent photos only to show them on the home screen so you can pick a menu quickly — they are never uploaded.
Dish analysis is performed by OpenAI's API. The menu text and profile preferences you submit are processed under OpenAI's API data policies, which state that API inputs are not used to train their models. We send only the data needed to produce a recommendation and no information that directly identifies you.
Your OrderWise Pro subscription is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple shares only whether your subscription is active, so the app can unlock features.
OrderWise does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data — we have none to sell.
OrderWise is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
You can edit or reset your profile at any time from the Profile screen. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. The price is shown before purchase and may vary by region.

Features depend on your device, your internet connection, and third-party services such as OpenAI and Apple. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
